Titoni has a history going back to the golden era of Swiss watches with an eye on affordability for today's consumer. Based in the German Swiss town, Grenchen, the company was founded by Fritz Schluep in 1919 and is still controlled by the Schlueps.
Titoni Watches have recently made inroads into the American market poised to build on its popularity in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Over the last 25 years, other watch brands have focused on quartz watches, but Titoni has remained faithful to self-winding mechanical movements. Some watch buffs see Titoni as an underestimated investment.
