Pulsar Watches
Pulsar watches were originally made by the Hamilton company. The name comes from the word describing light emitted by a “star,” and in its original form, the Pulsar watch was a shooting star. It made headlines as the world’s first light-emitting diode quartz wristwatch – then it faded from the market in a few short years.
Seiko purchased the Pulsar brand in 1979. Seiko does not restrict the Pulsar to an LED. Today, Pulsar is a shining star of the watch industry. In addition, the original Pulsars have value as collectibles.
Pulsar Watch Warranty
