Hermes was established in 1837 as a maker of fine saddles and harnesses. It cultivated a reputation for luxurious leather, superior craftsmanship and expressive design. Hermes started making watches in the 1920's; in 1978 Hermes began distributing is luxury watches worldwide.

In 1999, the Hermes brand opened high-tech workshops in Bienne, Switzerland, with its debut of the Nomade collection of autoquartz watches two years later. Hermès combines innovative Parisian style with Swiss expertise. It continues to add novelty to its collections.

Warranty

Hermes watches are warranted by Hermes to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Some vendors offer a two year warranty.

Hermes Product Line
