Citizen was established in 1924. From its name through much of its product line, Citizen is meant to be a watch “for the people.” The company has lived up to this intention and has remained the world’s largest watchmaker since 1986. Citizen’s Eco-Drive™ feature is essentially a built-in solar panel that powers the watch. It means you will never need a battery. This water resistant watch has a suggested retail price of $650 US.
The Citizen Eco-Drive Riva (Model EW0484-59A is pictured), features 24 diamonds in an all stainless steel case. This also features Citizen’s Eco-Drive™ (never needs a battery change!) with a manufacturer’s suggested price of $425 US.
